Wesley freshman infielder Bianca Newsom opened the Fast Pitch Dreams Spring Classic going 4-for-4 with four RBIs and three runs scored, including hitting an inside-the-park three-run home run to left field in the fourth inning in Wesley's 14-5 five inning win over St. Joseph (Conn.). Freshman Juli Neel pitched two perfect innings of shutout relief with three strikeouts in the win. |
