CAC HONOR ROLL: ASHLEY!

(Lititz, PA) 

NOTE: As of this afternoon, BATTING: Ashley leads the conference with a .628 batting average, Brandi ranks 5th hitting .463. HR/ RBI: Brandi also holds second place in home runs with 3 and seventh in RBI at 17. SB: Megan’s speed sends her to the top in stolen bases with 8, while Lauren's 5 swipes delivers the 5th spot and Ashley takes the 11th position with 4. WINS/ Ks: Dori sits at second in wins with 7 and fifth in strikeouts for sitting down 28 swinging. SAVES/ ERA: Abby earns number one in saves at 2 and her .286 ERA is seventh. NOTES AROUND THE CONFERENCE:


 Wesley junior Ashley Royer collected a .636 (14-for-22) batting average with nine runs scored, eight RBIs, five doubles, a triple and a stolen base last week. Royer collected hits in seven of the eight games in Myrtle Beach. Against Franciscan, Royer was a home run away from hitting for the cycle.


Freshman pitcher Dori Loukopoulos secured FIVE wins in Myrtle Beach to rank second in the CAC in wins with seven so far on the season. Loukopoulos struck out 16 batters and pitched two complete games on the week.
