WHO IS WHO: The International SOFTBALL Federation (ISF) is the international governing body, recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), for the sport of softball with its world headquarters at Plant City, Florida. In 2013 the organization merged with the International Baseball Federation (IBAF) to operate now as a division of the World Baseball SOFTBALL Confederation (WBSC).
